She has more than 15 years of experience working in different hotel formats, that vary from boutique hotels to all-inclusive hotels. Stella has proven success in revenue management, operations, strategy and has developed strong relationships with key business partners, which is a fundamental factor for the growth of our clients. Stella understands the stressors of owning and running a property. Her experience allows SG hospitality to create personalized solutions to help hotels reach their full potential.
Andres Espinosa
Sales & Marketing Director
Andres has several years of experience working in Sales and Marketing and developing businesses for different types of companies in diverse fields across the globe. His passion for hospitality started in the restaurant industry managing properties for one of the most recognized restaurant groups in the Hamptons and years after, he moved to the hotel industry acting as General Manager and Director of Operations for a new Boutique Hotel located in Montauk. He joined SG Hospitality in 2020 to pursue the adventure of being an entrepreneur.
Taina Rivera
Analyst & Revenue Manager
Taina is an Economist with several years of experience in Finance in public and private institutions analyzing and managing financial instruments. She began in the hospitality industry when she joined SG Hospitality analyzing the information obtained through revenue maximization strategies to facilitate decision making.

OTA Specialist & Revenue Manager
Francesca is a Hotel Management professional with several years of experience in the operations of hotels, restaurants, and Vacation Clubs. With a strong aptitude for attention to detail and focus on results, she joined the team to share and grow her passion for the hospitality industry as a Revenue Manager.
